What: Pattern Changing Support Group
When: Once per Week for One Hour
What: This is a support group for victims of sexual and physical violence, whether it is an ongoing current situation, a situation within the past few week or months, or a history of assault. Victims work together to discuss the cycle of domestic violence, the effects of violence and abuse on victims, changes that all people can make to help identify red flags and patterns of behavior, and various types of education. A trained Advocate leads this group using a peer-reviewed group curriculum as well as inviting educators to come in and provide education on various topics.
